Returns and Refunds – Non-business customers

We hand check all orders before they are dispatched to ensure they are to the highest standard.

If you change your mind about any items purchased you can return them to us (except grooming products, pierced jewellery or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed or any other item that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons such as underwear or earrings) within 14 days of the order being delivered to you, please read our Terms and Conditions.

The Item/s must still be in their original packaging and have all tags/labels attached, they must be returned with correct despatch and order information to:

Item/s must be returned with all relevant packaging, swing tags, labelling, branding and any accompanying marketing material specific to the item/s.

Rebel & Rain Limited reserves the right to withhold exchange, credit or refund if the item/s is visibly worn, damaged, marked, washed, smells of smoke, aftershave, perfume, deodorant or washing powder, or is any condition that we deem renders the item unsaleable. We cannot take responsibility for items once washed and washed & worn.

Gift vouchers cannot be returned.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RETURNING AN ITEM TO US.

We advise that you send the parcel by Signed Delivery (fully insured) to the full value of the goods and ensure the items are strongly packaged. If the goods are damaged in transit due to being inadequately packaged, we will be unable to give a refund.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt, please read our Terms and Conditions for full details.

In the case of unwanted goods being refunded, we will not refund any duties, taxes or postage costs that were imposed when delivered to the recipient.

We reserve the right not to process a refund for any returned items received after the 14- day return period has expired.

Sale Items Return Policy

The above Returns and Refunds Policy applies to Sale Items.

Please Note: Custom made Clothing cannot be returned or exchanged and is exempt from our standard returns policy.

Faulty Returns

In the unlikely event where an item is deemed faulty you must notify Rebel & Rain Limited by email info@rebelrain.co.uk explaining the problem with the item, and return the item within 14 days to:

Faulty returns must be sent back for inspection before a refund will be issued. Refunds will only be given for faulty goods where no replacement product can be supplied.
